How do I connect TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or Twitch?
With Connections you sign in directly with the platform. JetLinkt then reads your real numbers for Analytics, Media Kit and Rate Calculator.
On the website
- Open Creator Business → Connections.
- For the platform, click Connect with ….
- Sign in to the platform and allow access.
- You then see followers, videos and when it was last updated.
In the app
- Tap More → Creator Business and choose Connections.
- Tap Connect with … and sign in to the platform.
Good to know
- Connections are part of Max.
- You sign in directly with the platform. JetLinkt never sees your password, and nothing is made public automatically.
- For Instagram you need a professional account (Creator or Business).
- The data is updated once a day. With Update now you can do it at most every 15 minutes.
- Under What data is fetched? you see exactly what is read.
