How do I turn the message button on or off?
In the message settings you decide whether visitors can write to you and how you greet them.
On the website
- Open Messages and click the Settings gear.
- Turn Message button on my page on or off.
- If you like, write a Greeting and click Save.
In the app
- Open More → Messages and tap the gear.
- Change the settings and save.
Good to know
- The greeting can be up to 300 characters.
