How do I reach JetLinkt support?
Write to us via the contact form in the help section or by email. Our support team will reply to you by email.
On the website
- Open the help section and scroll to Write to us.
- Choose a Topic and enter a Subject and your message.
- If needed, attach images, PDFs or text files.
- Click Send message.
In the app
- Tap More at the bottom, then Help & contact.
- Tap New message.
- Choose a Topic, enter a subject and message, and attach photos or files if needed.
- Tap Send message.
Good to know
- If you're signed in, you don't need to enter an email address. We'll reply to your account's address.
- You can attach up to 3 files, 4 MB max in total.
- You can also write directly to support@jetlinkt.com.
