How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account yourself. This can't be undone.
On the website
- First cancel any active subscription under Subscription & invoices.
- Open Settings and click Delete account.
- Confirm the question.
In the app
- Tap More → Settings → Delete account.
- Tap Continue, enter your username and tap Delete permanently.
Good to know
- If you have a subscription from the App Store or Google Play, also cancel it there.
- If you have a shop with a Stripe connection or orders, write to us at support@jetlinkt.com.
