How do I disconnect a connected platform?
You can disconnect any connection at any time. After that, JetLinkt no longer reads anything from that platform.
On the website
- Open Creator Business → Connections.
- For the platform, click Disconnect.
- Choose whether you want to Keep monthly history, and confirm.
In the app
- Open Connections in the Creator Business area.
- Tap Disconnect and confirm.
Good to know
- The access credentials are deleted and, where the platform allows it, revoked.
- The numbers disappear from Business Profile and Media Kit. Without history, all data from that platform is deleted.
