How do I get notified about new messages?
JetLinkt tells you about new messages by email and with a notification in the app.
On the website
- Open Messages → Settings.
- Turn on Email me about new messages and click Save.
In the app
- Open More → Messages. The first time, the app asks if it can send notifications.
- Allow notifications. If you declined, allow them in your phone's settings.
Good to know
- By email, you get one notification per new conversation, and the next one only after you've opened it.
