How do I restore my subscription from the App Store or Google Play?
If you have a new phone or reinstalled the app, get your subscription back with Restore purchases.
On the website
- You restore purchases from the App Store or Google Play in the app.
In the app
- Tap More at the bottom.
- Under Support, tap Restore purchases.
- The app checks your Apple or Google account and restores your subscription.
Good to know
- Sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy.
- A purchase always belongs to one JetLinkt account and can't be transferred to another.
