How do I sort products into categories?
With Category you group products in the shop, for example Necklaces or Rings. On your page the category appears as a tile, and a tap opens its own page with all of its products.
On the website
- Open My page and switch to the Shop tab.
- Click Create category.
- Enter a name and, if you like, choose a cover image.
- Under Products in this category, tick the matching products.
- Click Save.
In the app
- Tap Page at the bottom and switch to Shop.
- Tap Create category.
- Enter a name and, if you like, choose a cover image.
- Under Products in this category, tap the matching products.
- Tap Add.
Good to know
- A product can be in one category at most. When you edit a product, you can also choose its category directly.
- Visitors don't see categories without products.
- If you hide a category, its products are hidden too. If you delete it, the products stay in the shop.
- The shop holds up to 500 products and categories.
