Standardy bezpieczeństwa w zakresie ochrony dzieci

Stand: 1. Oktober 2026.

3. So meldest du Inhalte

Child safety standards (English)

Effective October 1, 2026, for jetlinkt.com and the JetLinkt app for Android and iOS.

Zero tolerance. JetLinkt prohibits child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including sexualised depictions of minors, grooming, sextortion and trafficking. This applies to profiles, links, images, shop products, chat messages and files.

Minimum age. JetLinkt is not directed at children. Accounts require a minimum age of 16; accounts of younger users are deleted as soon as we learn of them.

How to report. In the app and on jetlinkt.com, open the "…" menu in any chat, choose "Chat melden" (Report chat) and select the reason "Gefährdung von Kindern" (child safety concern); the other person can be blocked there at once. Any profile can be reported with "Melden" (Report) at the bottom of the profile, also without an account. Links, products or anything else can be reported by email to support@jetlinkt.com. If a child is in immediate danger, call the police (112 in the EU).

What we do. Child safety reports are reviewed with priority. Violating content is removed promptly and the accounts involved are permanently banned. We report CSAM to the competent law enforcement authorities (in Germany the Federal Criminal Police Office, BKA, or the police) and preserve the necessary data as permitted by law. We comply with all applicable child safety laws.
