How do contracts with JetSign work?
With JetSign, the company sends the contract for the collaboration right in the chat. Both sign electronically, and the contract is then kept under Details.
On the website
- As a company: After the yes, the card Upload contract appears in the Chat. Or click the paperclip and then Create contract.
- Upload the PDF and place the fields for yourself and for the creator. When you send it, you sign first yourself.
- As a creator: In the chat, click View and sign, read the contract and click Sign.
In the app
- As a company: In the Chat, tap Upload contract or the paperclip and then Create contract.
- Upload the PDF and place the fields for yourself and for the creator. When you send it, you sign first yourself.
- As a creator: In the chat, tap View and sign and then Sign.
Good to know
- If you don't need a contract, tap Continue without a contract. You can still send one later with the paperclip.
- Once everyone has signed, both get the contract by email. The last page is an audit trail with time, IP address and device.
- JetSign is a simple electronic signature. It is not enough for contracts that legally require a handwritten signature.
- PDFs up to 10 MB and 60 pages. Until the creator signs, the company can withdraw the contract.
