How do I reply to collaboration requests from brands?
Requests from brands end up under Deals. There you accept or decline them and chat with the brand.
On the website
- Open Creator Business → Deals.
- Open a new request and click Accept or Decline.
- You set the next stage under Manage deal → Status.
- Deals that came in another way you add yourself with Create deal.
In the app
- Tap More → Deals.
- Open the request and tap Accept or Decline.
- With Open chat you write to the brand.
Good to know
- You get requests from Pro, when Business Profile active and Allow collaboration requests are turned on.
- A budget of 0 € means a PR request: you get a product instead of money.
- In the chat you can send files up to 100 MB, and report or block the brand.
- Only you can see the Internal note.
