What is the “Filtered” folder?
Our AI checks every message from visitors. Clear insults, hate and sexual content are not delivered; questionable messages end up in Filtered.
On the website
- Open Messages and choose Filtered at the top.
- If a conversation is fine, open it and choose Move to inbox.
In the app
- Open More → Messages and choose Filtered at the top.
- If a conversation is fine, open it and choose Move to inbox.
Good to know
- You get no email and no notification about filtered messages. If you reply, the conversation goes back to your inbox.
