How do I invite someone to my team?
With Team & access you let other people help manage your page, for example your management.
On the website
- Open Team & access in the menu on the left.
- Under Invite someone, enter the Email address.
- Under What can this person do?, choose the permissions.
- Click Send invitation.
In the app
- Tap More at the bottom, then Team & access.
- Enter the email address, choose the permissions and tap Send invitation.
Good to know
- Permissions: Page & links, Analytics, Work with & collaborations, Shop and Email list. Without a tick, the person can only view.
- An invitation is valid for 14 days.
- Invited people don't need their own subscription. They use your plan.
- Only you manage the subscription, settings, payouts, connected accounts and the team.
