How do I cancel my subscription?
Where you cancel depends on where you subscribed: on the website, in the App Store or on Google Play.
On the website
- Open Subscription & invoices in the menu on the left.
- Click Cancel subscription and then Cancel now.
- Without signing in, you cancel via the Cancel contracts here page.
In the app
- Tap More → Subscription & invoices.
- Tap Manage subscription. Your subscriptions in the App Store or on Google Play open.
- Cancel the JetLinkt subscription there.
Good to know
- A monthly subscription ends at the end of the month, a 12-month subscription at the end of the term.
- In the App Store, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the term.
- Cancel a website subscription on the website, and a store subscription in the store.
- Your free account stays after you cancel.
