How do I see orders and give refunds?
Under Orders you find every purchase and can refund money in full or in part.
On the website
- Open Shop & earnings → Orders.
- Click an order.
- Click Refund, enter the amount and click Refund now.
In the app
- Tap More → Shop & earnings → Orders.
- Tap an order, then Refund money.
- Confirm with Refund now.
Good to know
- After a full refund, the buyer's access ends. With a partial refund, it stays.
- A refund can't be undone.
- You get the commission back proportionally for refunded money.
- Under Customers you see all buyers and can export them as a CSV.
