How do I reply to messages from visitors?
Visitors can write to you with the Message button on your page. All conversations end up under Messages.
On the website
- Open Messages in the menu on the left or click the messages icon at the top.
- Choose a conversation and write your reply.
- Mark important conversations under More with Add to Focus.
In the app
- Tap More at the bottom, then Messages, or tap the messages icon at the top.
- Open a conversation and reply.
Good to know
- Messages are plain text with up to 1,000 characters.
- Visitors confirm their email address with a code before their message arrives.
